What does it mean when I send a private message to someone and it remains in my outbox folder? It says it was sent at such and such a date and time, but it's staying in the outbox folder while other private messages are automatically put into my "sent messages" folder. Are the messages remaining in my outbox folder being sent as they should?

Edit: the persons name in red in color, does that have anything to do with it? They posted on this forum only a month or so ago.

I think it means they haven't read it yet.
