Remove the cap on stars for Endurance

Please remove the star cap on the endurance award. IE: 32-30 & 33-31 should earn the 5th degree, 34-32 & 35-33 should earn 6th degree, etc. Those games are typically historic when they happen, and they should earn equally epic awards.

Sirius, here is an example of an award with the 17th degree, from Jediluke's gold streak:
