I had a number of opportunities to play melvin early in his DCL career, and was routinely impressed by his sneaky creativity as well as his sudden in-your-face brawling style. I am in no way surprised that he and Morfod pushed the meta in levels like Take2 years after it was built, based on those factors.

I had the pleasure of having you as my first-ever opponent in the Observatory, and in one of Lee's maps no less (E-Honda), back in May of 2019. I don't know if you quickly got tired of my lack of skill in action (as a certain commentator and now fellow wingman in a certain OTL team you're in has once said), but it was still a pleasure to try and hit you with a Fusion bolt or two as you kept splashing me over and over. We've had other Obs matches since then, and they were a pleasure.
Sadly, I don't think it'll ever be possible that we're going to have any DCL matches ever, now that you've seemingly moved out of Descent and into Overload, with seemingly no interest of even going back to dabble in Descent. It's a shame, though, as you can be a fun opponent.
It's usually interesting to hear and see your Kodachi in action in the OTL, but hopefully one day you'll reconsider and dabble in Descent again. If that day comes, I hope we can duel at least one more time.
